Ashley & Philip Bell entertained their guest with Mooresville NC Wedding Disc Jockey DJ Mohr Fun Events.
Carrigan Farms north of Charlotte, NC in Mooresville was the perfect setting for Ashley and Phillip’s wedding day. Down in the Quarry guests found relief from the heat as they awaited the arrival of the wedding party to the ceremony location directly in front of a controlled waterfall. String quartet music played to set the ambiance for the romantic marriage. Once everyone was in place, the bride entered to the accompaniment of “A Thousand Years” by The Piano Guys. The music sounded great and was perfectly timed with the ceremony. The officiant and the vows were heard clearly by all thanks to the wireless lapel microphones and a sweet sound system!
After a short and charming ceremony, and just about the time that the newlyweds were announced by the officiant as Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Bell, the waterfall magically started flowing, and the recessional piece provided a celebratory foundation for the reception to come. The wedding party was whisked away by the crew of photographers and videographers (Bollinger Images of Charlotte) and I started up cocktail music for the guests. Carla of Precious Times Events coordinated the timing of the event, and helped to make sure the sequences were carried out with the bride’s vision in mind. The introductions of the wedding party really got the celebration going. The staff at Carrigan Farms was ready to receive the guests at the buffet after the Father of the Groom said the blessing. The BBQ family-style presentation was exquisite, and everyone raved about the talents of the chef. Toasts provided a punctuation for the end of the Dinner hour, and the newlyweds cut their cake before taking part in two traditional dances.
The dance party started off with a bang as all of the guests joined the new bride and groom on the dance floor for some fun. It was great seeing even the grandparents come out to enjoy dancing with the young couple. The lighting looked really cool under the pavilion, and the light show was synced to the music by computer controlled interface. This crowd was unstoppable on the dance floor! I think the shine helped a bit… but nonetheless I think they could have kept dancing all night! I really enjoyed being a part of this event for the Ellis and Bell families, and I wanted to say congratulations once more to the newlyweds. Congratulations Ashley and Phillip Bell! Thanks so much for having Mohr Fun Events make your wedding ceremony and reception unforgettable!
